Sara Allen currently serves as Vice President of Ledgestone Hotels- Aspen Management, LLC. Sara joined the company in 2008 as General Manager opening the company’s first Ledgestone Hotel. The extended-stay brand has successfully expanded to four hotel locations across the Western United States.

Sara began her hotel career as a Sales Manager with Marriott, where she and her sales team achieved the Global Sales Team of the Year Award. She then accepted an opportunity as Director of Sales with Hilton opening their first hotel in the Yakima area. In all her hotel experiences she maintains a passion for superior guest service, employee development and hotel industry advancement.

Sara is Chair of Aspen Management, LLC.’s Employee Retention Committee and serves the community as Chair of the Yakima Valley Tourism Promotion Area Hotel Commission, Board Member of the Yakima Valley Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, Board Member of the Yakima Valley Sports Commission and member of the Yakima Valley Lodging Association, where she has served as Vice President.

Some of her more cherished pastimes are spending time with her husband and two children, cheering on her favorite sports teams, the WSU Cougars and Buffalo Bills, family game and movie nights and vacationing anywhere beachside.
