Amber Ferber is the Director of Talent, Culture, and Mentoring at Aspen Management. In 2018 Amber earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Baker College. Amber currently holds a Certified Professional certificate from the Society of Human Resources. Amber is passionate about training and leadership. She believes in lifelong learning and is always pushing to expand her horizons.

Amber has lived in Alaska since 2014 with her husband and two children. Amber enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors with her family.
